A current membership card for each member must be produced when signing in, admission will otherwise be refused.
Please note the AGM and Members Meeting will be audio recorded to ensure the accuracy of the minutes. This was agreed unanimously by the committee on the 3rd August 2024. To help ensure this accuracy anyone wishing to speak will be asked to wait until they are given the microphone, then state their name and membership number before starting their question or statement. This will help identify each speaker and ensure that their contribution is attributed to the correct person.
Please also take note that nominations are now open for committee posts and nomination forms are available from the secretary and other committee members. Members, especially younger members who may be more IT aware, are encouraged to allow themselves to be nominated as there are going to be several current committee members in key roles standing down this year and not re-standing. Our Group cannot operate without at least 4 committee members to fill essential roles. So please, if you think you could fulfill a role on committee then, agree to be nominated.
