25th Anniversary Year Grand Dinner Dance and booking form
10th - 12th January 2025

Join family and friends for our most important social occasion of the year.
The function is open to MCC Members and their guests.
3 course dinner with tea/coffee, 2 nights motorhome parking and Saturday night entertainment all for£35 per person

Motorhomes can arrive from 2.00pm. (see note below)
Saturday
Work up an appetite in the Spa or just have a well-earned rest.
6.45 pm Sparkling wine reception followed by your choice of 3 course meal.
Dance the night away to Our Brillant Artist.
During the evening there will be a Raffle for 6 x £25 cash prizes, 4 x £50 cash prizes and 2 x £75 cash prizes. Bottles of Spirits. Also, 2 Motorhome prizes

Hotel Accommodation:
Double or twin room £120.00 per night including breakfast.
Single including breakfast £100.00 per night.

Motorhome Parking
Motorhomes are parked free at the owner’s risk. It is intended that there will be a 3.6m space between facing sides and each motorhome should be able to exit the parking area.
